Our story began years ago, when a young and idealistic pot-head developed a game to play with his friends. Though the art was crude and the rules were overly complex, his game, with no name, proved to be exceptional. After years of refinement and streamlining, his game, dubbed Mean Streets ’96, was finally ready for the world to enjoy. Next came the arduous task of transforming Mean Streets ’96 from a hand-made game to play with friends, to a professional version, ready for the public. This process proved inspirational, and spawned the game UNGA BUNGA! which opened our target audience from adults only to everyone. With two unique games in our roster, and more to come, HKO Games was brought to life. At HKO Games we are dedicated to bringing friends and families closer together. We believe that face-to-face gameplay is crucial for a deep and personal connection between people, and we would be honored if your treasured memories were a result of playing our games.
